If your product have reviews from platforms not it the list, we can add them for free in PRO plan.

Yes, total reviews & ratings for all platforms for your product are updated every month in FREE plan and every 2 weeks or custom (every week, every day) in PRO plan.

First, when you generate the widget and verify the total reviews numbers, these numbers can never go down, only up.

Ratings can go down if your review provider show lower ratings, but you can add a limit protection so your widget will not auto update with lesser rating, until you dicide what to do

You can also set the ratings to be manuall update and only the total reviews count will auto update
